This document is a standard template drafted to reflect how OpenClean Studio Pro actually works. It does not replace professional legal advice; we recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer before treating it as final, particularly regarding the seller's tax/legal identification.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OpenClean Studio Pro (the "Software"), developed by ManzaSoft ("we", "us" or the "Seller"). By downloading, installing or using the Software, in any of its editions (Free Demo or Pro), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

2. Product description

OpenClean Studio Pro is a native application for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) that includes tools for cleaning temporary files, maintaining the Windows Registry, managing startup programs, system diagnostics and performance utilities. It is distributed in two editions:

Free Demo: no cost, with basic cleaning and diagnostic functions.
Pro License: one-time payment, which unlocks all modules described on the product page.

3. License grant

Purchasing the Pro License grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one (1) computer. If you reformat or switch to a new computer, you can reactivate the same key at no additional cost, as described in the FAQ section of the product page.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share your license key with third parties.
Decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use the Software for unlawful purposes or to damage third-party systems.

4. Price and payment

The price of the Pro License is €8.99 + VAT, billed as a one-time payment (no recurring charges). Payments are processed through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full card details or other payment method data; these are handled directly by Gumroad in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

5. Delivery and activation

After your payment is completed, you will automatically receive an email with the installer download link and your license key. Activation is done by entering that key inside the app, under "Options → License Activation".

6. Updates

Pro License updates are included for life while the product remains commercially available. The Software may periodically check for a newer version; this check does not transmit personal data — it only queries a public version-control file.

7. Refund guarantee

You have 14 calendar days from your purchase to request a full refund, with no need to justify the reason. See the details of the process in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some included tools (Registry cleanup, service management, system repair) make real changes to your computer. Although they are designed to be safe, and some create backups or restore points before acting, we strongly recommend backing up your important data before using any system maintenance tool, ours or a third party's.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManzaSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Intellectual property

The Software, its source code, design, the "OpenClean Studio Pro" trademark and related materials are the property of ManzaSoft and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchasing a license does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Software.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date at the top of this document.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection regulations. For any dispute, and without prejudice to consumers' right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with the law.
