Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. Applies to this website and to the OpenClean Studio Pro application.

This document is a template drafted to honestly reflect what data OpenClean Studio Pro and this website actually process (based on how the software technically works). It does not replace professional legal advice: before treating it as final, a lawyer should review it and complete the data controller's identifying details (legal name, legal form, registered address and, where applicable, tax ID).

Some of the providers mentioned above (Gumroad, Google, GitHub) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by those vendors (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
