1. Data controller
ManzaSoft (the brand under which OpenClean Studio Pro is sold) is the controller responsible for the data described in this policy. You can contact us at soporte@openclean.pro for any question related to your personal data.
2. What data we process
2.1. Through this website
- Product purchase: the payment process is handled entirely on the Gumroad platform. We do not receive or store your card details or other payment method data; Gumroad only provides us with purchase confirmation and the email address needed to deliver your license.
- Email contact: if you write to us at soporte@openclean.pro, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to you.
- Google Fonts: this page loads typefaces from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This means your browser establishes a connection with Google, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools beyond the technical font loading described above.
2.2. Through the OpenClean Studio Pro application

OpenClean Studio Pro does not include telemetry, usage analytics or behavioral data collection. All cleaning and diagnostic activity runs locally on your computer.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Order management and license delivery: performance of a sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- License verification: performance of the contract, to ensure only users with a valid license can access Pro features.
- Handling support emails: legitimate interest in responding to your requests (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data related to your purchase is kept for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. Support emails are kept while needed to resolve your inquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period for traceability purposes.
5. Recipients and third parties
We share limited data with the following providers, as data processors or independent controllers depending on the case:
- Gumroad, Inc. — payment processing, license delivery and key verification.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts) — loading of the website's typefaces.
- GitHub, Inc. — hosting of the public version-control file queried by the app.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers mentioned above (Gumroad, Google, GitHub) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by those vendors (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to soporte@openclean.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the product or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this document.
